Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thebudworks.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
As we process payments via bank transfer through our payment provider, approved refunds are returned directly to your bank account. To process this, we'll reach out to request your bank details securely - we'll never ask for more information than is needed to complete the transfer.
Once your details have been confirmed, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please get in touch at sales@thebudworks.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.
