Shipping Policy

Carriers We Use

We ship all orders using Royal Mail and DPD, depending on your location, order size, and delivery speed selected at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Tracked 24 (Royal Mail): 1-2 working days 

Delivery (DPD): 1–2 working days
Please note these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors (e.g. strikes, weather).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (check banner or promotional details).

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received one after 2 working days, please contact us.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails and your order is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional fees may apply).

Delivery Locations

Currently, we ship to UK addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at sales@thebudworks.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
