THCA BADDER

BLUE GASOLINE CBG/THCA BADDER TEA EXTRACT

BLUE GASOLINE CBG/THCA BADDER TEA EXTRACT

Blue Gasoline is a three-lineage blend built around contrast and it works because the profiles each bring something the others don't. Jet Fuel brings the sharp pine, bright lemon and heavy diesel backbone that it's known for from its Aspen OG and High Country Diesel lineage. Blue Raspberry Haze adds the tart berry-forward citrus brightness and aromatic haze lift that sits above the fuel character. Sunset Sherbet provides the creamy, citrus-sherbet sweetness underneath that smooths the whole blend and stops it being purely gas-forward. Sweet and fruity at the top, diesel and earthy underneath, creamy on the close.

But the terpene profile is only half the story. This is a Type 2 hemp product. 40% THCA and 40% CBG - a near-perfect split of two cannabinoids in the same badder extract. CBG, the mother of all cannabinoids and the precursor from which most other plant cannabinoids are synthesised, rarely appears at these concentrations. Together with the THCA in the same cup they produce a cannabinoid profile that single-compound products simply can't match. Brewed as a tea.

    DESCRIPTION

Badder gets its characteristic soft, smooth and malleable texture through a whipping or mechanical agitation process applied to extracted cannabinoid material during production. This is a controlled step that gives the finished material its workable consistency. Once produced and sealed it behaves like any other extract - store it airtight, away from heat and direct light, and it holds its character well. The texture makes it practical and easy to work with in an infuser, distributing evenly without clumping.

Blue Gasoline is a Type 2 hemp product. That designation means it carries elevated concentrations of both THCA and CBG simultaneously - 40% THCA and 40% CBG, a split that's genuinely unusual in the hemp extract market. Most products are built around a single dominant cannabinoid. Type 2 hemp is a different category.

CBG - cannabigerol - is the foundational cannabinoid in the plant's biosynthesis. CBGA, its acid form, is the precursor compound from which THCA, CBDA and most other major cannabinoids are produced. By the time most hemp plants are harvested, the vast majority of CBG has already converted into those downstream compounds - which is why standard hemp products typically carry around 1% CBG. The 40% in Blue Gasoline is not an accident. It requires specific genetics, deliberate cultivation and careful processing. Early research into CBG is exploring its potential anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and antibacterial properties. What's already well established is the concept of the entourage effect - the understanding that multiple cannabinoids present together interact and potentially enhance each other's properties rather than operating in isolation. THCA and CBG together in the same cup is a different proposition to either alone.

The terpene blend draws from three lineages that each contribute a distinct layer. Jet Fuel, a 303 Seeds cross of Aspen OG and High Country Diesel, leads with sharp pine, bright lemon and the heavy diesel primary character the profile is known for. Blue Raspberry Haze adds tart berry-forward citrus and the aromatic haze lift that sits above the fuel character and gives the blend its brightness. Sunset Sherbet, from Girl Scout Cookies and Pink Panties lineage, provides the creamy citrus-sherbet sweetness underneath that smooths the blend and stops it tipping too far into pure gas territory. Three lineages pulling in different directions, held together by the Myrcene and Caryophyllene backbone running through all three.

In the cup the diesel and pine character comes through first. The tart blue raspberry brightness sits alongside it. The creamy sherbet character develops as the brew steeps and the full profile opens up. Worth the full five minutes.

All ingredients are independently lab tested. We calculate cannabinoid percentages from verified constituent lab reports. Certificate of Analysis available on this page.

How to brew: scoop a small amount into your infuser or tea bag. Pour water at around 80°C. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Worth trying without milk first - the diesel and berry contrast is most vivid in a straight brew. Adding milk softens the fuel edge and brings the creamy Sherbet character forward.

Sold for hot water infusion and herbal tea use only. Do not combust, vape or expose to high temperatures. Store sealed, away from heat and direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by persons under 18.

    Ingredients

Ingredients: Hemp plant derived 99% pure CBG Isolate, hemp derived CRD, Hemp plant derived 99% pure THCA Isolate, cannabis derived terpenes.

    Heat Exposure Risk Notice

If this tea extract is exposed to combustion or sufficiently high heat (well above brewing temperature), decarboxylation may occur, resulting in the chemical conversion of THCA into Δ9-THC.

Δ9-THC is classified as a controlled substance under UK law. Any alteration of the cannabinoid profile through heat exposure may therefore change the legal status of the material.

    Potential Side Effects of Δ9-THC:

In some individuals, Δ9-THC has been associated with adverse physiological or psychological responses. Reported adverse responses include disorientation, anxiety, altered perception, impaired coordination, nausea, increased heart rate, and temporary cognitive disturbance.

These risks do not apply to normal brewing at or below boiling point, and may arise only through combustion, vaporisation, or other misuse.

Blue Gasoline CBG/THCA Badder Hemp Tea Extract | Type 2 | The Bud Works

Blue Gasoline is a Type 2 hemp extract and that distinction matters. Most hemp extracts in the range carry high THCA alongside trace cannabinoids. Blue Gasoline carries 40% THCA and 40% CBG in the same badder - a near-perfect split that produces a cannabinoid profile in the cup that single-compound products can't replicate. Two of the most significant cannabinoids the hemp plant produces, together rather than in isolation.

CBG is the mother of all cannabinoids. The description isn't marketing language - it's biochemistry. CBGA, the acid form of CBG, is the foundational precursor compound from which THCA, CBDA and most other major cannabinoids are synthesised during plant growth. Most of the CBG converts into those downstream compounds before harvest, which is why the average hemp or cannabis product carries around 1% CBG. Getting to 40% requires specific Type 2 genetics and deliberate cultivation choices that most producers don't make. It's a genuinely different category of hemp product and early research is starting to reflect why that matters - studies exploring CBG's potential anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and antibacterial properties are generating real scientific interest even at the preclinical stage.

The terpene character earns the name. Jet Fuel, a 303 Seeds development from Aspen OG and High Country Diesel, provides the diesel and pine backbone. It's assertive and immediate and it sets the tone for the blend from the first pour. Blue Raspberry Haze sits on top with tart berry-forward citrus and the aromatic haze lift that keeps the profile moving rather than settling into pure gas territory. Sunset Sherbet is the base - creamy citrus sherbet sweetness from its Girl Scout Cookies and Pink Panties lineage that smooths the whole blend and provides a dessert-adjacent warmth underneath the fuel and berry character. The three together produce something that's complex, layered and genuinely interesting across the full steep.

In badder format the blend releases its terpene character gradually into hot water, which gives the interaction between the three lineages room to develop properly. The diesel and berry contrast is most vivid in a straight brew without milk. The creamy Sherbet character comes forward with milk added. Both are worth experiencing.

CBG - The Mother of All Cannabinoids

CBGA is the foundational compound in cannabis biosynthesis - the starting point from which THCA, CBDA and most other major cannabinoids are produced. Most of it converts during plant growth, which is why CBG-rich products are uncommon. Early research suggests CBG may have anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and antibacterial properties and interacts with the endocannabinoid system through multiple receptor pathways. These findings are at the preclinical stage and more research is ongoing, but the interest from the scientific community reflects a compound that's increasingly hard to ignore.

THCA as a Naturally Occurring Hemp Compound

THCA is tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, a naturally occurring compound found in raw hemp. It belongs to the same family of plant compounds as CBDA found in hemp flower. Just as ginger contains compounds in its raw form that change when cooked, THCA exists in its natural acid form in unheated hemp. It's non-psychoactive in this state and is not a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. Brewing hemp as a tea at temperatures well below decarboxylation threshold keeps the compound in its natural form. The Bud Works sells all THCA products exclusively for hot water infusion. Combustion and vaping are not an intended or supported use.

All ingredients are independently lab tested and we calculate cannabinoid percentages from verified constituent lab reports. Delta-9 THC is below 0.2%, within UK legal limits. Sold for hot water infusion only.
