DESCRIPTION
Diamonds and sauce is a two-component extract format. The diamonds are large crystalline THCA structures that form through a controlled crystallisation process, THCA separating from the surrounding extract matrix and consolidating into discrete crystal formations over time. The sauce is the terpene-rich liquid fraction that remains alongside the crystals, containing native terpenes and minor cannabinoids. The two are packaged together so the aromatic character of the sauce stays associated with the concentrated THCA crystal fraction. It's a different experience in the cup to a sugar or a crumble. The sauce carries the terpene character and the diamonds provide the THCA concentration. At 88.6% this is one of the highest concentration extracts in the range.
Peach Mimosa Runtz is a house blend drawing from three distinct lineages. Peach Runtz, itself a cross of Runtz and Peach Cubez, leads with stone fruit-adjacent, sweet candy and tropical primary compounds. Runtz carries Zkittlez and Gelato in its lineage which gives the Peach Runtz side a depth that goes beyond straightforward stone fruit. Mimosa, a Clementine and Purple Punch cross, adds bright sparkling citrus and orange rind secondary notes with grape and berry depth from the Purple Punch parent underneath. In the cup the stone fruit and citrus character comes through early and the deeper grape and candy notes develop as the brew steeps.

How to brew: add a small amount to your infuser or tea bag, making sure to include both the diamonds and the sauce. Pour water at around 80°C. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes. A splash of full-fat or oat milk helps the fat-soluble compounds integrate into the brew. The diamonds won't fully dissolve and that's completely normal.
