Sour Peach Diesel draws from two lineages that approach the same aromatic space from completely different angles. Peaches and Cream is a Skunk-origin phenotype associated with sweet fruit-adjacent, peach-forward and creamy primary compounds. Ocimene is prominent in the terpene profile, adding a sweet herbal lift alongside the fruit character. Sour Diesel, derived from Super Silver Haze and Sour Diesel genetics, brings sharp, fuel-adjacent, pungent and earthy secondary compounds that sit against the peach and cream primary character with a directness that's immediately noticeable. The two lineages don't soften each other. They coexist. In the cup the sweet peach and creamy character comes through at the start of the brew and the sharp diesel and earthy notes develop underneath as it steeps. It's a profile that changes as it opens up and rewards a full four to five minutes.

How to brew: add a small amount to your infuser or tea bag. Pour water at around 80°C. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes. A splash of full-fat or oat milk helps the fat-soluble compounds integrate into the brew. The extract won't fully dissolve and that's completely normal.
