How to brew: measure a small amount into your infuser or tea bag. Pour water at around 80°C. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes. A splash of full-fat or oat milk helps the fat-soluble compounds integrate into the brew. The powder won't fully dissolve and that's completely normal.

Isolate on its own is what you get when you remove everything else and leave just the compound in its purest form.
